Product Description

This item is a pigment-protein complex from Arthrospira platensis (Spirulina) that dissolves in water. It is a phycobiliprotein, has a cobalt blue color, and is easy to dissolve in water.

Low-temperature extraction, chromatographic purification, and spray drying are used in the production process. Using low temperatures is meant to keep the structure of the protein safe while it is being processed.
