Production Process

Step 1: Raw Material Control

The alfalfa used for our Bulk alfalfa powder is sourced from approved farms. Only plants picked at 10% bloom stage, which is the best time for flavonoids to be present.

Step 2: Extraction

Heat-sensitive chemicals are kept safe during supercritical CO₂ extraction at 35°C. No liquid left over.

Step 3: Spray Drying

It's 180°C coming in and 80°C going out. Makes a powder that flows easily and has less than 5% wetness.

Step 4: Quality Release

Before it was released, each batch was checked for identity, purity, strength, and bacterial safety.
