Product Introduction
Premium spray-dried Pu-erh tea powder that has been tested and found to contain 30% tea polyphenols. FSSC22000, ISO9001, HACCP, HALAL, KOSHER, and Organic standards are all fully in place at Shaanxi Zhenhuacui Biotechnology's facilities, which are used to make specialised plant extracts. With a flexible MOQ starting at 1 kg and full quality paperwork for B2B clients around the world, our production ability can handle large orders.

Pu-erh tea powder is a concentrated product made from Camellia sinensis leaves that have been processed and then dried using controlled spray-drying technology. The way we make it keeps the medicinal compounds—mostly tea polyphenols (30%) and tea polysaccharides—and makes sure that the particles are all the same size (80–100 mesh) for commercial use.
This ingredient is safe for food and easily dissolves in water, so it can be used in functional drinks, encapsulated vitamins, quick drink mixes, and foods that have been fortified. Unlike regular ground tea leaves, our standardised extract always has the same amount of caffeine in it.

1. Raw Material Verification
When Pu-erh tea leaves come in, they are identified using TLC/HPLC fingerprinting and checked for pesticides. Only batches from organically approved farms make it to the processing stage.
2. Controlled Extraction
Polyphenols and polysaccharides are released when hot water is used at 85–95°C for two to three hours. Pilot studies are used to confirm the extraction factors that get the best yield while avoiding thermal damage.
3. Purification & Concentration
Multistage filter (20μm → 5μm → 0.45μm) gets rid of particles that can't dissolve. When hoover is applied, the water level drops to 20–25% of the total solids.
4. Spray Drying
Temperatures: 180–200°C at the inlet and 80–90°C at the outlet. Atomisation makes particles that are all the same size and still have bioactivity. Consistent powder quality is made possible by tracking wetness in real time.
5. Post-Processing QC
There are 18 tests that are done on every batch:
6. Controlled Packaging
Oxidation is kept to a minimum by washing with nitrogen during packing.
Functional Beverages
Instant tea liquids, health shots that are ready to drink, and energy drink mixes. Use between 0.5 and 2% (w/v). The powder mixes fully in cold water in 60 seconds, so there are no problems with sedimentation that are common with leaf powders.
Dietary Supplements
500 mg vegetarian pills, pressed tablets, and recipes that fizz. Our powder with low wetness (<5%) keeps its strength during storage and keeps it from clumping in bottles.
Instant Drink Mixes
Handfuls for one use and big bags of powder mixes. It works with flavours, sweets, and other plant products. There is info on solubility tests that can help with formulation.
Functional Foods
Added antioxidants to nutrition bars, meal replacement products, and baked goods. It can handle temperatures up to 150°C for 30 minutes and is safe for normal food processing.
Pharmaceutical Excipients
Researchers are looking into how it can be used in traditional Chinese medicine and nutrition products that need standardised tea extract.

Our documentation team prepares:

Q: What is the actual tea polyphenol percentage?
A: Our HPLC standard is 30% total tea polyphenols. Controlled extraction and concentration allow this.
Q: How is spray-dried powder different from ground tea?
A: Spray drying creates concentrated active water-soluble extract powder. Insoluble fibre in ground leaves requires steeping.
Q: Are there samples with full analytical data?
A: Yes. Minimum 1kg sample orders include a batch-specific COA with HPLC chromatograms, heavy metals, and microbial reports.
Q: Can you match a competitor's specs?
A: Send us the spec, and our R&D team will assess feasibility. We copy or enhance competing goods 70% of the time.
Q: What allergen controls exist?
A: Our facility does not process FDA "Big 9" allergies. Dedicated tea extract equipment prevents cross-contamination.
